In God's economy nothing is ever wasted or useless. For with the integrity of His heart and the skillfulness of His hands, a thing for one purpose which has become irrelevant and rendered useless by the different circumstances and the unsuitable conditions brought about by the change of season, He utilizes for another purpose that suits a need of the time.You who fear the Lord and walk in righteousness, the people in whose heart is God's law; don't you fear the reproach of men, neither be you dismayed at their insults. Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. Your light shall break forth as the morning, and your healing shall spring forth speedily; and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
The night will soon be over; for the day is near. Put on the armor of light so that the works of darkness will cease.
